This miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 13.09.2024 passed in RCP No.83 of 2023 by the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Chennai.

Perusing the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this miscellaneous petition is ordered on condition that the certified copy of the order shall be produced as and when it is made ready.
