Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to pass an order modifying the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14764 of 2018 dated 08.06.2018 instead of appearing before the respondent to the effect of appearing before the Learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURYA PRAKASH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- By an order dated 08.06.2018, the petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail with certain conditions and one of the condition was that to report before the respondent-police daily at 10.30a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Now, this petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14764 of 2018, dated 08.06.2018 instead of appearing before the respondent to the effect of appearing before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is having some inconvenience and certain allegations have been made.

4. Without going into the allegations raised in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the condition shall stand modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet daily at 10.30 a.m.,

5. The learned counsel shall instruct the party to co-operate with the investigation.
