Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent particularly to order and direct the Taluk Surveyor viz., the 3rd Respondent attached to his office to survey and demarcate the 3 acres of the Petitioner's land with boundaries in Survey No.236/41G1 Natham Land pursuant to the application of the petitioner dated 12.12.2020 after giving notice to all persons interested in the surrounding lands and furnish a copy of the report to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain inadvertent errors have crept in the prayer column of the petition and seeks the leave of the Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action. 2.The said statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded. 3.In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.
