Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, directing the respondents to call for the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2658/a3/2012 dated 29.5.2013 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to consider and transfer the petitioner to the vacancy to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in Puthumariamman Kovil Municipal Elementary School, Salem Urban, Salem District.

O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed as against the order of transfer issued by the second respondent in proceedings dated 29.5.2013. The period has already been expired and the writ petitioner also had joined in the place in which she was transferred. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
