These applications have been filed consequent to the death of the 8th plaintiff, seeking to condone the delay of 161 days in filing application to set aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record legal representative of the 8th plaintiff as the 11th plaintiff. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said applications, it had been stated that the 8th plaintiff, P.V.Sriram died on 28.12.20235 leaving behind his mother Mrs.Nagalakshmi as his only surviving legal representative. It had been further stated that there was a delay in obtaining the legal heirship certificate of the deceased owing to the Lok Sabha Election 2024 and as soon as the legal heirship certificate was obtained from the authorities, necessary steps have been taken to implead the legal representative of the 8th plaintiff.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the 5th defendant and he has not raised any objections.
