3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.841 of 2014 has been completed and a Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.1901 of 2016 before the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.
