(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J) We have heard Mr.K.Myilsamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 5. 2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Presiding Officer, Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai, the first respondent herein to dispose of O.A.No.1505 of 2019 filed by the petitioner within a stipulated time.

3.It is the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 that the original applications filed from the year 2017 are still pending since there is no Presiding Officer in the Tribunal and the Administrative Member has been affected with Corona Virus. 4.In the light of the above submission, we hereby permitted the petitioner to fie necessary application before the Central Administrative Tribunal for early hearing of the original application.

5.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
