Prayer: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd respondent police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to measure the property situated in Punjai Survey No.114/1, Katharikuppam Village, Walaja Taluk, (Vellore District) presently Ranipet District totally to an extent of 0.20.0 Hectares or Acre 0.49 1/2 cents.
