ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to modify the condition in para No.5(ii) in Crl.R.C.No.652 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is some modification in Para No.5(ii) of the order made in Crl.R.C.No.652 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025. Hence, he seeks for necessary modification.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Para No. 5(ii) of the order made in Crl.R.C.No.652 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025 shall read as follows:- "(ii) The petitioner shall deposit the original invoice of the vehicle with the concerned Magistrate."

The other conditions shall remain intact.
