Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2020, consequently direct the respondents to conduct the survey by metes and bounds in respect of the property at Karukkalvadi Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District comprised in Survey No.148/20C measuring an extent of 81⁄4 cent, (i.e.,3597 square feet).

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2020, consequently direct the respondents to conduct the survey by metes and bounds in respect of the property at Karukkalvadi Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District comprised in Survey No.148/20C measuring an extent of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

81⁄4 cent, (i.e.,3597 square feet).

2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader has taken notice for respondents and made a statement that an enquiry has been fixed at 11.00 a.m., on 18.01.2021. The learned Additional Government Pleader also made a statement that notice to that effect also been served on the petitioner.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded. In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 3rd respondent for an enquiry and the that third respondent is required to conduct a fair and effective hearing of the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2020, within a period of eight weeks from today (05.01.2021). 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
