The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave the petitioner to the file of Criminal Appeal as against the order of acquittal dated 07.06.2024 passed in C.C.No.210 of 2023 by the Fast Track (Magistrate Level) at Alandur.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case as per seriatum.
