Respondents Prayer.: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records relating to the order bearing reference No.PENSION/56891 dated 19.07.2011 of the third respondent read with the Order No.Pen/56891 dated 10.02.2012 issued by the third respondent, rejecting the petitioner's request for pension as being contrary to the Bipartite settlement, and consequently issue a direction to the respondents to grant Pension to the petitioner after accepting her request with all attendant benefits due to her, with interest at 12% per annum with costs.
