(Order of the Court was made by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.) This is the petition to condone the delay of 2147 days in filing the appeal.
2. Learned Additional Advocate General has submitted that the State has strong case on merits and delay be condoned.
3. Learned senior advocate for the contesting respondents/ original writ petitioners has, by placing reliance on the counter filed, vehemently opposed for condonation of delay.
4. Having heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and having considered the material on record, we find that though the explanation given by the State can not be said to be satisfactory since the State is in appeal let the grievance of the State be considered on merits. Delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
5. Registry is directed to give regular number to the appeal.
