Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.Learned counsel for petitioner/wife submits that the respondent/husband has filed H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, seeking divorce. Petitioner is residing at Coimbatore with her parents, and hence, she finds it difficult to travel to Chennai to attend the hearings. Therefore, she seeks transfer of HMOP No.48 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

5. Considering the submissions made, and also the reasons informed seeking transfer, this Court directs transfer of H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2016 from the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.
