ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Selvaraghavan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 to 5.

2. The petitioner alleges encroachment on government road in S.Nos.377/2, 381/1 and 388/2 in Kanjapalli Village, Annur Taluk, Coimbatore District, by respondents 6 to 12.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that survey would be conducted within four months from today and upon survey, if any encroachment is found, immediate action would be taken in accordance with law for removal of the same.

4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
