ORDER

Permission sought to conduct cultural programme in connection with the temple festival has been rejected by the Inspector of Police, in his proceedings dated 17.07.2024. The organiser of the function in response to the rejection order has given a joint representation on 18.07.2024 to the Inspector of Police, stating that they will ensure safety of the public and also they will not create any problem on any ground. The joint representation of the villagers sent to the Inspector of Police 18.07.2024 and the present Writ Petition is filed challenging the rejection order passed on 17.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the joint representation of the villagers dated 18.07.2024 will be considered and necessary orders will be passed, if the situation is conducive to grant permission.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
