By consent of the learned counsel on both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has received a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.659/2023 dated 27.06.2024 under Section 12(1) of the I.D. Act from the second respondent. On the other hand, another parallel proceedings was pending and the petitioner had also received summons in Na.Ka.No.Aa/950/2024 dated 04.04.2024. 3.
It is now represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents that the proceedings initiated in Na.Ka.No.659/2023 is being closed as there cannot be two parallel proceedings for the very same cause of action. 4.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent submits that there is no impediment if any one proceedings is quashed.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.659/2023 is closed, as
such nothing survives in the present Writ Petition and in the above terms, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
