Respondents [R4 to R15 impleaded vide order dated 29.10.2012 in MP.2/2012] Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 6.4.2011 and 30.11.2011 and pass orders thereon within a stipulated time.

Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if this Court passes an order directing respondents 1 to 3 to pass orders on the representations made by the petitioner, dated 6.4.2011 and 30.11.2011, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, respondents 1 to 3 are directed to pass orders on the representations made by the petitioner, dated 6.4.2011 and 30.11.2011, if they are otherwise in order, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as respondents 4 to 15, and other persons concerned, if any. The petitioner is directed to furnish copies of the representations, dated 6.4.2011 and 30.11.2011, to respondents 1 to 3, along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs. M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed. gs.
