Respondent/Insolvent This application has been filed by the learned Official Assignee seeking to approve the highest offer for sale of the two wheeler bearing Registration No.TN 04 AJ 1990 Honda Dio Scooter 2012 Model for a sum of Rs.18,500/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand and Five Hundred only) in favour of one Mr.Pachaiyappan.

2.The above mentioned vehicle, belonging to the insolvent has been brought for sale by the Official Assignee pursuant to the directions given by this Court earlier. The Official Assignee has received three offers and the offer given by Pachaiyappan is the highest offer, i.e. for a sum of Rs.17,000/-, which was subsequently raised by him to Rs.18,500/-. The details of the offers received by the Official Assignee are disclosed in the report dated 20.07.2023.

vga 3.Being a Two Wheeler of 2012 model, this Court approves the offer given by Pachaiyappan at Rs.18,500/- and his offer is declared as the highest offer.
