ORDER

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that this revision is filed seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of HMOP.No.72/2014 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai. He also 1/4

submitted that as per the online information gathered from the official database, the case itself has been transferred from Thiruvannamalai Court to some other Court, presumably to a Court in Chennai, where the revision petitioner resides. And he added that he has no information or instructions from his client either in this regard.

2. Taking into consideration the totality of the circumstances and given the nature of prayer sought in this revision, this Court deems it appropriate to close this revision petition. It is however clarified that this order will preclude the revision petitioner to approach the Court with a prayer if justice is delayed to her inordinately in the transferee Court.
