The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 27.12.2023 within a time frame.

2. It appears that the petitioner filed an appeal dated 27.12.2023 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent regarding classification of the land dated 16.03.2023. The appeal filed by the petitioner dated 27.12.2023 is still pending on the file of 2nd respondent without any progress.

3. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
