This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18658 of 2022 that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) without prejudice to his right of defence, to the credit of Crime No.252 of 2022, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court finds no ground to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18658 of 2022 dated 05.08.2022. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
