This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2024 and to survey the petitioner's land in S.No.385/1A in joint patta No.717 measuring an extent of 1 acre and 13.25 cents out of 2 hectare and 26.50 ares situated at Pulavakalipalayam Village, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District and to fix its boundaries as per the Sale Deed in document No.49/2020 dated 08.01.2020 within a stipulated period.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. According to the petitioner, she inherited the subject property by 2/5
way of a Sale Deed dated 08.01.2020, which was registered as document No.49/2020 on the file of the Joint Sub Registrar-II, Gobichettipalayam and she has been enjoying the subject property and had also obtained a joint patta in No.717. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though she has made an online application on 03.12.2023 to the 2nd respondent, requesting to survey the subject property and demarcate its boundaries and also paid necessary fees, the same has not been considered, till date; therefore, she sent a representation to the 2nd respondent on 19.07.2024 vide online, for which also, there was no response; hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2024 submitted through online, to survey the subject property and demarcate its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 25.07.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 3/5
