Respondent(s) PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the first and second respondent herein to implement the order of the fifth respondent in his order in Application No.1095/ 2016/ Pe.2, Order No.51/ 2018 Dated 16.03.2018 to its letter and spirit within a time frame as deem fit and proper by this Honorable Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the first and second respondent herein to implement the order of the fifth respondent in his order in Application No.1095/ 2016/ Pe.2, Order No.51/ 2018 dated 16.03.2018 to its letter and spirit.

2. In the counter filed by the fifth respondent it is stated that action has been initiated by issuing show cause against the officials who were found to be

involved in unbecoming conduct and only in view of the petitioner's appeal before the Ombudsman, further proceedings in the disciplinary action is kept pending.

3. Since the petitioner's prayer has already been answered by the fourth respondent by initiating action against the erring officials, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
