This petition is filed to accept the cause title by recording (i) G.M.K.Kondappan, (ii) Loganayagi, (iii) Vasuki and (iv) D.Shanthi as the legal representatives of the deceased first defendant Rajammal in A.S.SR.No.94403 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner who submitted that the 1st defendant Rajammal died on 05.05.2024 after the impugned judgment dated 30.04.2024 before filing this appeal suit. Hence, it is necessary to implead the abovesaid persons as legal representatives of the deceased 1st defendant in the appeal suit.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered by impleading the above said persons as defendants 1 to 4 in A.S.SR.No.94403 of 2024 [J.N.B.J.] [R.K.M.J.] 09.08.2024 msr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Note: The Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title of the Appeal Suit.
