This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10341 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12198 of 2022 on 22.07.2022, that the petitioner should report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
