This writ petition has been filed for a direction to forebear the respondents 1 to 5 from transferring patta or mutating the revenue records with regard to property of the petitioner in S. No.67/12C14B, situated at Krishnan Karanai Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District till the disposal of the civil suit in O.S. No.325 of 2022 on the file of Principal Sub-Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the entire materials available on record.

3. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that, as the suit between the parties is already pending in O.S. No.325 of 2022 on the file of Principal SubJudge, Chengalpattu, his application for mutation was not considered.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that during pendency of the original suit, mutation will not be effected. The said statement is recorded.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
