ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence Under Section 153(A)(1)(a), 189, 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.148 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner called the STF Police through mobile phone and introduce himself as the president of the Village Peoples Association. It is alleged that the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and had given life threatening fear to the defacto complainant and also to his colleague Inspector of Police one Mr.S.Ramesh. It is further alleged that the petitioner threatened them of injury being as member of public servant of complainant and said Inspector. Further A2 called the defacto complainant through his mobile phone and introduced himself as Thamizhvanan and again abused the defacto complainant using filthy language. Hence the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the there are two complaints lodged by STF Police. Out of which for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

one complaint this court granted anticipatory bail in Crl.Op.No. 19782 of 2021. The present complaint is also similar to the earlier one. Further learned Counsel submit that the petitioner under trial person was murdered by STF people. He further submits that the STF people filing several false cases against the petitioner who had raised his voice against the illegality. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and also having 19 previous cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. This Court earlier granted anticipatory bail on the ground that there are no previous cases are pending. However it appears that 19 previous cases are pending against the petitioner and some of the offences are serious one, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
