When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 11.12.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
