ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120-B r/w.420 IPC & Sections 13 (2) r/w 91)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in FIR No.RC-MA1-2018-A-0011 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases would submit that initially this Court by order, dated 20.07.20148, granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of 10 days for the purpose of interrogation and investigation and the case was ordered to be posted on 31.07.2018 for compliance. Thereafter, the interim order was extended for further period of one month and the same is expired today itself. He would further submit that the interim order may be extended for another period of 30 days and a direction may also be issued to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a week and also as and when required by the respondent police and to co-operate with the respondent during investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel and also the earlier order passed by this Court, this Court is inclined to grant interim anticipatory bail for further period of 30 days, i.e. Till 28.09.2018 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e. Every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and also as and when required by the respondent Police.
