This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to provide electricity connection to the petitioner's premises, viz., No.128, Arasampatti Village, Arasampatti Post, Sethupatu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai, based on the representation dated 24.09.2021 made by the petitioner.

2. It is seen from records, it reveals that even till date, the representation dated 24.09.2021 seeking electricity service connection for the said premises is pending with the second respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 24.09.2021 filed by the petitioner seeking electricity service connection in the said premises after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 2/4

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
