This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to consider the request made by the petitioner seeking for spouse transfer and pass orders on the proposal submitted by the second respondent dated 03.04.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 27.03.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on the proposal submitted by the second respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands

disposed of. No costs.
