The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the interim orders granted by this Court, a review application has been filed by the petitioner and the same is pending. Therefore, the present writ petition may be closed as infructuous.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the fact that an application has been filed by the petitioner to review the interim order granted by this Court, nothing survives for consideration any further in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
