ORDER

The Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking Police protection for measuring the property comprised in Survey No.211/2, Idankannusalai Village, Sangagiri Taluk, Salem District, admeasuring 98 cents.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that both the parties had agreed to sort out the dispute through the competent Civil Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) filed the report of the Inspector of Police, Magudanchavadi Police station, Salem District stating that enquiry was conducted as per C.S.R.No.604 of 2021 and the issue is regarding Civil dispute between the parties, both parties were advised to sort out the subject matter of the dispute through Civil Court. Accordingly, both sides agreed. Therefore, the enquiry in C.S.R.No.604 of 2/4

2021 dated 26.09.2021 was closed.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned Counsels on both sides, this Writ Petition is dismissed with the direction to the Petitioner to sort out the dispute through Civil Court. No costs.
