ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify and dispense with condition No. 6(b) modified in Crl.M.P. No. 18106 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 in Crl.O.P. No. 24011 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024, which requires the petitioner to report before the Principal Special

Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Coimbatore, on the first and third Saturdays of every month at 10:30 AM.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No. 18106 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24011 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
