M/s.V.Balasubramanian and Associates have filed vakalat for the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent does not have any objection for the transfer of F.C.O.P.No.3405 of 2008 from the file of the I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai. However, the learned counsel for the respondent prays for issuing a direction to the III Additional Judge of the Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the case within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.J.R.K.Bhavanantham, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that such a direction is also necessary in view of the fact that the recording of entire evidence has been over and what remains to be done is to hear the arguments and pronounce an order.

In view of the above said submissions, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the F.C.O.P.No.3405 of 2008 is withdrawn from the file of the I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai. The III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the petition within a month from the date of receipt of records from the Court of the I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
