The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 353 read with Section 3, 4,5 TN.P.P.D.L Act, in Crime No. Not known of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition was filed in Crime No. Not Known of 2022, however, as of now, the FIR has been registered and the Crime Number has been assigned.

3. Recording the same, the petition filed for anticipatory bail is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition by quoting the correct Crime Number.
