Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent notification No.gp2/21429/2023 dated 08.01.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently forbearing the respondent from selecting the Assistant Offset Machine Technician old pay scale, as per notification No.gp2/21429/2023 in contravention of the G.O.Ms.No.338 dated 26.8.2010 Department of Stationary and Printing Department. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent Notification dated 08.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that already the petitioner filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.10373 of 2024. This Court, by an order dated 11.06.2024, issued direction that the first respondent to consider the proposal dated 28.12.2017 and take a decision in accordance with law on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pending decision, now the petitioner challenged the Notification dated 08.01.2024. Therefore, the writ petition cannot be entertained.

4. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to

comply with the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.10373 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024 forthwith.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
