[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Director General of Prisons, has, by order dated 05.02.2021, transferred the Convict Prisoner Devaraj, aged about 62 years, S/o.Arumugam, Convict No.8445, from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Salem.
