ORDER
(made by S. VAIDYANATHAN, J.) The petitioner is a Civil Judge aspirant. She obtained her law degree certificate only on 04.07.2023, owing to which, she could not apply for the post of Civil Judge by way of direct recruitment, pursuant to the notification dated 01.06.2023, as per which, applications could be submitted online only upto 30.06.2023. Ergo, she addressed a representation dated 06.07.2023 to the second respondent seeking condonation of delay of six days and also permission to apply for the post of Civil Judge. Finding no response to her representation, she has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider and pass orders on her aforesaid representation.

To be noted, the issue involved in this writ petition had already come up for consideration in W.P.Nos.17456, 18843, 19151 and 19652 of 2023, which were dismissed by this Bench on 31.07.2023.
In view of the above, this writ petition also stands dismissed in the same terms. Costs made easy.
