It is submitted by learned Special Government Pleader that the appeal is not pressed against the other non-served respondents, i.e., respondents 3, 4, 12 and 13.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 271 days in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 271 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands allowed and is disposed of.
