Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.17357/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SARAVANA MOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall file an application under Section 436 of Cr.P.C. for bail. On such filing, they shall be released on bail on the same day, on executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with until disposal of Crl.O.P.No.17357 of 2018.
