Mr. K. Siva Subramanian, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, adverting to the support affidavit, more particularly paragraph 3 thereat, submitted that since the 'A' Register qua subject survey number was not readily available with the petitioner, the same had to be got through the Right to Information Act and this process had occasioned the aforesaid delay.
