The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that she executed a registered settlement deed in respect of the property admeasuring to an extent of 0.4948 acres in S.No.27/1, patta No.1491 situate at Kaniyur Village, Unjappalayam, in favour of his daughter viz., Dharani and when it was presented for registration before the respondent, it was refused to be received and registered and in this regard, the petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 15.07.2016 to the respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.N.Chinnaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer and without going into the merits of the same, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2016 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
