O R D E R

The revision petitioner is a senior citizen. He filed a suit in O.S.No.93 of 2016 before the District Munsif Court, Polur, Thiruvannamalai, for declaration declaring the deed of General Power of Attorney, dated 02.02.2015 fabricated by the respondents and the sale deed, dated 06.02.2015 as null and void and for mandatory injunction against the respondents 4 to 6 herein.

2. From the records it is seen that the suit was posted for trial on 24.11.2016 and the same is pending at the same stage till today. Aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit, the petitioner seeks a direction to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

3. Considering age of the petitioner and long pendency of the suit, a direction is issued to the District Munsif Court, Tiruvannamalai to dispose of O.S.No.No.93 of 2016, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. 02.08.2019 bkn
