This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.On the complaint lodged by one Latha that Mani organised the sale transaction through a fictitious person by name Venkatraman to execute the Power of Attorney in favour of Latha dated 03.09.2015 and thereafter, it came to the knowledge of Latha that the said Venkatraman had died in the year 2009 itself.

4.In the light of such a complaint being given, the Police have to perforce conduct an enquiry. Hence, the direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
