This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 51 days in preferring the above CMA against the order and decree dated 14.03.2024 in E.I.O.P.No.11 of 2018 on the file of the Employee's Insurance Court (Principal Labour Court), Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
