This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5025 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023, passed by this Court, to report before the respondent Police daily at 6.30pm for a period of one week and on every Saturday and Sunday at 6.30pm, until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Lab Technician in Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital at Chennai and due to his ill health, he prays for relaxation of the condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case was registered by the District Crime Branch, for the alleged offence under Section 420 of IPC and it is case of job racketing. He further submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition 8(d) imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5025 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month, on the date to be fixed by the respondent police, until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
