O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.3643 of 2015, dated 25.09.2015 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

3. On the complaint lodged by one S.Mohanraj, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.3643 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 454 and 380 IPC against Thomas and others.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is almost completed.

5. Recording the same, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.3643 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

de facto complainant, provided, there is no any other legal impediment.
