Crl OP No.21072 of 2020 N. ANAND VENKATESH., Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 11.02.2021, Mr.P.Srinivasa Reddy, was present before this court. On examining the party, it is seen that he had infact concealed the execution of the sale deed in favour of one Mr.Shivakumar by a registered Sale deed dated 11.11.2019. The petitioner wanted to justify his actions on the ground that there is some interse dispute where the purchaser has not paid the entire sale consideration and he wanted the petitioner to clear the encumbrance and thereafter, receive the balance sale consideration. This interse dispute between the petitioner and Shivakumar can never be a ground for the petitioner to approach this Court and seek for a relief as if he continues to be the owner of the property. This attitude of the petitioner clearly reflects moral turpitude.

In view of the above, the petitioner has approached this Court with unclean hands and has obtained an order in his favour which clearly amounts to interference with the administration of justice. The petitioner on being explained about the seriousness of the consequences that he will be facing for having mislead this Court, sought for pardon from this Court. The

petitioner and litigants like him must be told in no uncertain terms that a court should never be approached with incorrect facts and if the same is done, the same will result in serious consequences. Therefore, this Court cannot handle the petitioner with kid gloves and he has to pay for his attitude.

Even though this Court is inclined to initiate suomotu contempt against the petitioner, this Court wants to give one last chance to the petitioner by directing the petitioner to pay costs for his illegal act. The petitioner is directed to pay a cost of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) to the credit of the President, Tamil Nadu Advocates Clerk Association, Madras High Court, Chennai (Indian Bank, High Court Branch, A/c No.484026006, IFSC Code:IDIB000M157) on or before 15.03.2021. 4.

Post this case under the caption for "Reporting compliance on 16.03.2021. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to deposit the cost as directed by this Court, this Court will not have any other option except to proceed further against the petitioner for contempt of Court.
